37,000 Miles, On Ebay 06/01/09, seller writes: I bought that car for to restore but so many e-types and no time I am selling.

Manual 1973 v12 roaster. I have the original clean title with matching #. Original owner put the car into storage 20 years ago, 37K on odometer, Damp storage did the rest. Car is complete, untouched, it is not missing any chrome or any other small parts, I only bought a used trunk lid (boot lid) which is rust free.

    Car is matching number car.

Car need complete rebuild do not be optimistic, everything needs total rebuild.. Engine seized, manual trans., IRS, front suspension, brakes, AC, Interior, soft top needs rebuilding.

Body needs panel replacements. Although there is no rust holes at the floors , I would recommend changing inner outer sills and floors. Bonnet needs under pan and scopes, rest of the bonnet is repairable.

    Recommended major panel replacements:

complete doors with skin (not has to be NOS), boot floor including lower quarters, license plate with stiffeners, Outer sills, inner sill and sill end closings, bulkhead panels, Full floor with radius arm fitted, transmission side panels (at least passenger side), bonnet under pan, Bulkhead top panel +side panels (top panel has holes (2-3’), patchable but I would chance it, misc. small panels under bonnet and around sills. Mounting brackets etc.

If you do not want to replace all the panels, complete tub is available from well known restorer for $7.5K

This car is V12 manual transmission with AC. I have series I roasters and I always want V12 manual. This car only needs a good home and person that can appreciate and restore a V12. It is not for beginners ,dreamers, optimistic people (or scammer’s). Before bidding send me e-mail ( tufankaraosmanoglu@yahoo.com ) and I will send you detailed photo’s as zip file. You can call me from work 631-474-0085X1. Please do not call me for every detail or for every panel. Car is complete and needs major restoration; reserve price is set up accordingly.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
