Car returns to ebay 5/11/15
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-SII-Roadster-/261881394263
Current bid US $44,100 reserve not met 13 bids 7 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Sellers description:
1969 Jaguar XKE SII Roadster. Signal Red/Black/Black top. This XKE is a wonderful driver, maintained and loved throughout the years, but never fully restored. 35K miles showing on the odometer...which is possible but we have no documentation. One repaint in the original Signal Red color. Fresh soft-top. The enlarged aluminum radiator is essential for around-town driving. A rust-free car that looks very good underneath, this car has always been garaged. CD player added. All ready to jump in...and just drive, cruise, and enjoy all the attention a red E-type generates.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
