An all matching number car that has just undergone a bare metal paint respray (photo records to go to the winning bidder). Previous owner was a lady who owned this car for 25 yeards. Now, if you were planning on purchasing a 'trailer queen' or you are not serious about buy an 'e-type', please do not bid on this car. This auction is only for the genuine buyer who wants to be the envy of their friends driving around in a very attractive primrose yellow car.
Has an extremly high quality paint, new top and all new rubber. She also has correct stainless steal exhaust and comes with period radio with very nice interior. Manual transmission serial # 1r89945...mileage (believed to be correct) only 44,979.

Just bought the car on e-bay. It is said to have had a bare-metal repaint and it looks as if that is true. The paint is beautiful. The chrome is good, the fit of the top a bit loose and the interior slightly rough. At present many of the electicals do not work (wipers, fuel gauge, blower fans, washer), but I intend to bring them all back. Rear suspension and brake rebuild to be done this winter (2004).
