OFFERED FOR SALE IS THIS BEAUTIFUL JAGUAR XK-E ROADSTER. NEVER ANY RUST. PRIOR CALIFORNIA CAR. THE 41,050 MILES MAY BE ORIGINAL. THE SOFT LEATHER SEATS AND INTERIOR PANELS ALL LOOK TO BE ORIGINAL. THE CAR APPEARS TO HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CARED FOR. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THE EXPENSIVE AND VERY DESIREABLE TRIPLE WEBER CARBUATORS INSTALLED. ALSO NOTICE THE KONI SHOCKS IN FRONT. THE CAR STARTS EASILY, COLD OR HOT. THE POWER AND THROTTLE RESPONSE IS AWESOME COMPARED TO THE STANDARD E-TYPE YET THE ENGINE IS SILKY SMOOTH. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF FLAWS IN THE PAINT, A TOUCHED UP SCRATCH ON THE RIGHT REAR FENDER AND A SMALL AREA ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOOD. OTHER THAN THOSE SMALL AREAS, WHICH ARE EASILY REPAIRED, EVERYTHING LOOKS VERY, VERY NICE. THE FULL SYNCHOMESH TRANSMISSION WORKS PERFECT. CLUTCH IS FINE. THE DIFFERENTIAL IS QUIET. THE BRAKES WORK GREAT. THE ORIGINAL MATCHING NUMBER ENGINE HAS GOOD OIL PRESSURE, NO SMOKE AND NO OIL LEAKS TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT. THE EXHAUST SYSTEM IS PROPER AND IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. GLASS AND CHROME ARE FINE. THIS CAR ALSO COMES WITH A REMOVEABLE HARDTOP, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT A JAGUAR FACTORY TOP IT IS A VERY NICE AFTER MARKET UNIT THAT FITS PERFECTLY CORRECT AND SEALS TIGHT. PAINTED AT THE SAME TIME IT IS A MATCH TO THE CAR FINISH. THE HARDTOP HAS A FINISHED HEADLINER. THE BLACK CONVERTIBLE TOP IS PRACTICALLY AS NEW. THE CHROME WIRE WHEELS ARE EXCELLENT AND INCLUDE THE EARLIER, A MUCH NICER LOOKING, WINGED KNOCK-OFF NUTS. BRASS HAMMER, WING NUT PROTECTER, JACK AND STORAGE CASE ARE INCLUDED. THIS CAR HAS BEEN SERVICED AND COMPLETELY CHECKED OUT IN OUR SHOP. ALL LIGHTS, GAUGES AND SWITCHS WORK. ACTUAL MILES ARE UNKNOWN BUT MAY BE CORRECT.

Sellers description:
This is a California 4.2 L that I bought a few months ago for my personal use and enjoyment. Since I purchased the car it has been driven twice then went into storage for the winter. It drives and runs supberbly and was fully inspected and checked out by the Wilson Motors from whom I bought it. I must sell it to finance the completion of the restoration of my 1960 XK 150 DHC which will be offered for sale when it is completed (hopefully soon!) I regret having to sell this car as I viewed it as a keeper. It has no rust, is complete to include the hardtop and is equipped with Weber carbs. This car is located in the Atlanta, GA area.
