I purchased the car from a Nun/ Sister who inherited it from her dad. The car was parked at the monastery for over 15 years in the church. Later in the 1980s, the Lady Owner took the car to JS Jaguar Shop in KC, MO for repairs. I saw the car and bought it.

The car has new floor pans, new brakes, new custom original leather seats, new booth cover, new interior carpeting and insulation, new paint, new exhaust.Foreign Car shop in KC, MO undertook many of the mechanic repairs. The car was total sun blasted and striped to metal. Paint is original jag car color paint which is Opalescent Gunmetal. The bumpers have all been re-chromed. NO RUST. All parts obtained from Terry's Jaguar Parts & XKE Limited. Car owner is member of the Jaguar Club of Kansas (JagWire). Car also listed in the Journal of Jaguar Club of Kansas

Everything on the car is original except the stereo CD player/radio. The car comes with an additional set (4) of original wire wheel chrome knocks. The car needs a new Sun visors. The original assembly is with the car.

The Original color is sable and the current color is Opalescent Gunmetal which is an authentic original jaguar manufacture's color for that year.

This Jaguar has been a pleasure to own I purchased in 2013 and have enjoyed it as a daily driver, if it does not sell at my asking price I will continue to drive another 10 years. I’m a collector in Southern California and everything I purchase I drive and Enjoy no trailer queens here. Mechanically I have done everything and I mean everything: Complete Engine Rebuild, Transmission, Rear Differential, Radiator, Steering Shaft, Exhaust, etc.This car is an mechanically sorted as any 50 year old car can be it is a classic driver and always turned heads everywhere I go, as Ferrari said the most beautiful car ever made…

This car is cosmetically imperfect scratches in paint, chrome ding’s , older repaint, one paint bubble on hood, cracked dash, ware on interior, ware on convertible top.. etc
