1969 Jaguar E-Type Series II Roadster

This car was hand picked in the United States for the fact that it was unusually original, corrosion free, and retained its original floor which is rare for an E-Type roadster. Photographs on file confirm the condition of the car as it was before restoration work commenced. The restoration has been completed in September of this year by a renowned workshop specialising in Jaguar E-Types and lauded for the quality of their work. In July a 1500 km road test was carried out to iron out any imperfections and make adjustments as necessary, the vendor noting that 200 km/h was easily attainable! A photographic dossier accompanying the car attests to the high level and precision of the work carried out. The car has recently been re-registered in Italy, (a copy of the original American registration is on file) and the ‘revisione‘ is valid through 2010. Correctly priced, ready to be driven and surely one of the nicest Series II Jaguar E-Type for sale in Italy today.

Quest‘auto è stata scelta negli Stati Uniti per il particolare stato di originalità, l‘assenza di ruggine e perché conserva la carrozzeria originale integralmente anche nella parte inferiore, caso raro per una E-Type roadster. Le foto archiviate prima dell‘inizio dei lavori di restauro ne danno conferma. il lavoro è stato terminato lo scorso settembre dall‘officina di un famoso specialista di Jaguar E-Type ed è stato lodato per la qualità del restauro. In luglio è stato effettuato un rodaggio di 1.500 km per aggiustare le eventuali imperfezioni, in cui, ce ne dà nota il venditore, i 200km/h sono stati facilmente raggiunti! in dossier fotografico attesta la qualità, nonché la precisione dello svolgimento dei lavori eseguiti.l‘auto è stata recentemente registrata in Italia (copia dell‘immatricolazione americana è archiviata) e la revisione è valida fino al 210. Dal costo giusto, pronta per essere guidata e sicuramente una delle più interessanti Jaguar E-Type Serie II in vendita in Italia ad oggi.
