Sellers description:
This car has been my restoration project since 1979. It was a summer daily driver until 1997 when I put a new exhaust system, brakes, rear shocks, rear U-Joints (4), gas tank, and brake lines on it. I also had the master cylinder and brake vacuum booster rebuilt and had a tune up with new plugs, points and distributor cap. I had the carbs rebuilt and front wheel bearings repacked. The car has the original AM- FM- Short Wave radio in it which works, has chromed (not painted) wire wheels all around including the spare and has few miles on the radial tires. The doors align well and close tightly. In '97 I put the car on jack stands in a climate controlled garage, as I contracted cancer and my interest in the car's condition waned. The car still needs some body work, paint and the steering rack leaks fluid. The rocker panels on the driver's side have some rust and there are bubbles in the paint on the fenders. The odometer shows less than 32,000 miles, but hasn't worked since about 1982, so my guess for mileage is about 65,000miles as I put about 2000 miles per year on it. The floors seem solid. I haven't run the car since it was driven into the garage in '97, but the engine turns over with the starter.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
