Sellers description:
1969 2+2 in British Racing Green is a matching number car. The previous owner had the car painted about 3 years ago and it shows very well. The engine and clutch were done around the same time. Over $14,500 was spent on doing these things. The car has excellent oil pressure and runs cool. The tires, exhaust and battery are all in good condition. This car does not have airconditioning.

The car will need a carpet kit and a headliner. The brakes are going to need some attention. They work, but they are not the best. There are little things that need fixing i.e. the radio, the recliner on the seat, the blower on the heater, the window wirper squirt bottle is missing, etc. to get this car just right. If you have the patience to deal with these things it will finish off this car nicely.

1969 E type 2+2 jaguar. This car is in nice driver quality (not a show car,ready to drive and enjoy!!) This car is an awesome canidate for a restoration, or to drive it like it is. Most of the car is original, however i think that the front seat covers have been replaced with the correct type, and the radio has been replaced. Other then that i think thats it (but im not an expert or a mechanix) I just had the carburetors rebuilt by a professional jaguar restoration company, and replaced air filter, rubber boot and all gaskets. Engine runs good. The brakes need some attention (they look to be original,not sure) The paint shows well (looks like a respray some time ago (not sure) This is an original and unmolested car with all original weather stripping, interior,motor etc. Again this car needs a complete restoration, or keep it original , its your choose. As far as i can see this car is rust free, except for some surface rust, which is normal for a car this age, 39 years. At the present time all lights,turn signals, some gages are not working (however, i think it might need bulbs, light cleaning etc. to work properly) Easy fix. Tires are in good shape, an are the correct MICHELLIN RED LINES.
