Sellers description:
1969 Series II JAGUAR XKE 2+2 in beautiful primrose with a new contrasting black leather interior. This XKE is in great condition for its age. The car is all original and and has always been garaged so the absolute only spot of rust is in front of the drivers rear wheel in the rain channel, where mud and dirt accumulated, and the resonators on back of car have surface rust but it wont require much to repair or replace nor is it bad and there is only surface rust anywhere else,it is NOT a rusty car.

The car has only had one recent respray in primrose color which is awesome and it will clean up very well as well as the original chrome, Pictures were taken shortly after storage so excuse the dust. The only flaw is a scrape on the drivers door which is being repaired. The door panels are original as is the center console which is leather and is not as black as the seats which have been completely redone in correct beautiful black leather and it has a great aroma of an old jag and looks almost new as well as the headliner and rear compartment are also in great condition.

The car has been stored about 3 years and has newer clutch and brakes wheels and tires, spark plugs and points before storage and its recent work includes new motor mounts, rebuilt alternator and carbs, new regulator, new battery, new filters all fluids flushed. The engine has great oil pressure and sounds great as does the exhaust.

I am the only the 3rd owner of the car and it was purchased from the 2nd owners who owned it 33 years and it is beautiful and although it is 40 yrs old it is not a show car it would not take much to become one or it can be a beautiful driver. This car is part of my private collection but, I am limited on space and I dont have the room for everything. It will also come with the original keys, some records as well and a very nice history.
