Vehicle Description: This auction is for a 1966 Jaguar E-Type. These cars are getting harder and harder to find. What a fun project car for yourself or yourself and your son? It is a 6 cylinder. It has the original steering wheel and wire rims. It has tan leather interior which has faded and is in need of a cleaning! I am selling it for my father who is now unable to restore it to it's original beauty. In my opinion it will be a ground up restore. The interior of the car is tan leather. The drivers seat is missing and who knows where it is??? The engine is not fully assembled (water pump and belts off, but are in my garage). I have a garage full of parts for this car including an extra radiator. The hood was attatched; however, when we towed the car to our home we hauled it seperately due to the fact I was afraid it might not stay attatched due to some rust. There is some rust through, but not too terribly bad. This car is a steal and with some time and TLC it could be worth lots of $$$. I am happy to show it to anyone at our home. Please e-mail me and we can arrange a time. It will need to be towed or better yet trailored to its new home. The car has a clear title.
Vehicle Condition: The car is NOT in running condition and is pretty much a ground up restore. This particular type of Jaguar is getting harder to find!
IMPORTANT!!! I have had several e-mails that this car is NOT a 1966 as my father told me. It seems to be a 1969 2+2 style. (I think) I do know that on the "trunk" area it says EType 4.2 and I have a picture of that if you want to see it. I appreciate everyones help in identifying it for me!
