For sale at the Classic and Sports Car Centre of Malton for £74,995. Abbreviated seller's description below.

TTU993H was supplied by us to the last owner in 2016 and returns to us having covered several thousand miles of touring in fine weather. This excellent driving, well preserved Series II FHC was manufactured on 13 October 1969 leaving the factory in the colour combination presented today. The E Type retains its original, correct engine, a matching numbers car that was distributed by British Leyland New York.
It spent its early life in the USA and throughout the late 1980s and 1990s the car had one owner who worked for Naval Facilities Engineering Command moving around the US. Florida vehicle registration certificates from this period accompany the car. By 2015 the car was for sale in California and was imported into the UK and registered TTU993H. The car was then converted to UK spec triple carbs. We then marketed the car noting an excellent strong engine holding impressive oil pressure and lovely four speed gearbox.
We sold it to a customer who commissioned us to convert it to RHD and carry out works including new coolant hoses, brake pads, shock absorbers, anti roll bar links, and starter motor, rebuilt carbs and new engine mounts. The car was resprayed in its original colour. There are photos of the work and invoices for over £20,000 included with the car. Since then a further £10,000 has been spent on new wire wheels and tyres, new carpets, new brake servo and clutch master cylinder.
The Jaguar is absolutely on the button, drives superbly with a stunning bodyshell and gleaming Silver paintwork. It has smart chrome and a lovely deep Red upholstery, this gorgeous SII FHC offers lots of enjoyable motoring.
