Actually I bought a Signal Red car with black interior trim. Shortly after starting the restauration work, we learnt that the car was earlier sprayed Opalescent Silver Blue. Stripping the doors and the trunk, we found traces of British Racing Green.
The Heritage Certificate confirmed as original colour BRG - and a beige interior trim. So my red Jerry Cotton Jag becomes a green and beige elegant car - at least with matching numbers.
