Ebay item 1/11/07

Auction ended at $9,100 after 26 bids. Note; I was given this VIN by the seller. Its a correct '70 OTS VIN, not a 2+2.

Sellers description:
This XKE has been in storage for a long time. The car runs good and the body is very solid including the undercarriage. The car would make a great restoration project or could be driven as is. I am selling the car as is and it should be considered a project.

Body: Overall very solid with a small amount of rust repair on drivers side rocker panel and floorboard, mostly around battery area. Floorboards appear to be original and in very good shape.

Chrome: In good condition with some age blemishes. Surface rust on left front bumper.

Interior: Needs to be redone.

Mechanical: Engine and transmission run good.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
