Ebay item 3/19/15
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-XKE-Roadster-/281633623036
Car has a buy it now price of $59,995 for 20 days.
Sellers description:
Primrose Yellow always looks great on the long, flowing XKE sheetmetal, and it doesn't allow shoddy bodywork to hide anywhere. The paint and bodywork were restored several years ago and the car has been driven, so it's not a trailer queen, but showing up in this lovely Jag will always be an event. Of note, the bonnet fits well, the door gaps are even, and the trunk lid sits flush, all areas that are tough to get right on these cars and evidence that this car has always been in good hands. The chrome is also in very good condition, and there's plenty of it, from the almost delicate bumpers to the trim surrounding the windows, it has a very elegant, ornate look that is a big part of why values are skyrocketing.
The interior is best described as "Cinnamon," and the leather hides are ideal for a British sports car like this. The seating surfaces show minor comfort marks but no major wear or damage, so it looks very inviting when you open the door. Matching door panels and a wide upholstered sill are part of the Jaguar experience and you get an exquisite Moto-Lita wooden steering wheel to hold on to. Big, bold Smiths gauges monitor the engine and you'll note that this E-Type carries both a 4-speed and factory A/C, both very desirable options. There's an updated AM/FM/cassette stereo in the center of the dash, but otherwise it remains quite stock, including the rocker switches that control the secondary functions and the hand choke for the dual carbs. A snug-fitting black convertible top stows under a neat-fitting boot and the modest trunk is upholstered in matching tan carpets for a finished look.
