Current bid $4,272 reserve not met, 9 bids, 3 days left in auction. Buy it now price $12,000. 54k miles.

Sellers description:
1967 E Type 2+2; this vehicle has been in indoor storage for over 20 years. I have owned the vehicle for approximately 1 year; I purchased the vehicle in not running condition. In order to bring life back to the E Type the following was performed, Triple carb rebuild synchronized, fuel tank rebuild with new OEM fuel pump, Cylinder head rebuild with valve job. After completion of the listed work performed the engine top end and fuel system are completely restored, the engine runs strong with no oil burning or other complaints.

Regarding vehicle history I don’t have much, the previous owner purchased the car thru and estate auction with no known history. After a good going over of the vehicle I have determined there was a mild restoration performed before it went into storage. The paint is not original interior could be but unsure, the bonnet is fiber glass unsure why no damage to the front bulkhead or frame. The floors are original and rust free including the rest of the sheet metal; glass and chrome besides one small hole thru in the passenger side section between the door and bonnet seem in the rocker panel. The car is drivable but needs brake work, steering column bushing and a new alternator system is not charging. The vehicle can be driven but not form long distances without a operating charging system. Cooling system seems to operate with no issues, transmission could use a service shifts a bit hard but does not slip at all.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
