Ebay item 8/13/20

www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Jaguar-XKE/324259625950

Current bid: $25,500 reserve not met buy it now price $37,500, 1 bid 9 days left in auction, seller jpfrazier4211, 75k miles.

Say what you want about the aesthetics of a E TYPE 2+2 but how many have you seen today? How many of your neighbors have one. I personally think they are a very cool and unique vintage Jaguar.Gauges, push button start,E Type exhaust note, dual chrome tip exhaust, torpedo mirrors, abundant chrome, VINTAGE,VINTAGE,VINTAGE!!

Sit in that leather seat, look over that long hood, listen to that big six rumble, drink your coffee and let that transmission do the work. At this stage of my life an automatic transmission XKE has a ton of appeal.

What a joy to photograph, even sitting still, they have a sensuous feel and look to them. Every line and curve is smooth and flowing(maybe I have looked at too many silver look a likes recently), next time you are at a stop light note all the silver, white, black cars that all look a like, you will appreciate the beauty of this car.

Car is not rusty

Numbers match.

Car runs and drives well

Underside is dry

Engine does not smoke

Transmission shifts at correct shift points

Dash is original as is gauges and all are in good condition

Original Radio

Chrome in good condition

Headliner in good condition

Carpets in good condition

Leather on seats are being recovered during this posting, car will have fresh, correct leather

Redline tires are deep in tread

Body panels are straight

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
