We are always very pleased to offer any car from the Jaguar stable as they are instant classics being one of the definitive manufacutrers of all time.
We are informed that this particular 4.2 'E' type 2+2 coupe originally started life in Ireland and has only returned back to the UK in the last four years. Since its return it has been restored to an exceedingly high standard and since then it has only completed 4,600 miles. It started life with the automatic transmission but it now benefits from having a manual gearbox fitted with overdrive and this greatly improves its cruising ability. It comes with the cherished registration EZJ275, a number of bills for work that has been carried out and a spare set of wire wheels.
These cars are simply exceptional value for money, especially for the family man, and we are quite sure this particular example will be well contested at today's sale.

Sold new via Caveys of Dublin in September 1966 and believed to have been traded into Hartigans of Dublin in 1969. Would be interested to know its early history or current whereabouts.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
