For sale at Alan Carrington Classic cars of Hollingbourne. Series 1.5 4.2 litre 2+2 in a special order colour of Opalescent Dark Blue with red leather interior and a desirable syncro manual gearbox. A home market car supplied by Henlys of London and the date of manufacture is 13 June 1966. The car had one owner from new until about ten years ago when it was purchased by the second owner as a restoration project. It was then exported to Sweden where it was put in dry storage.

It returned to the UK a couple of months ago as a car requiring full restoration. The car comes with a full history file, its original London registration number, V5C log book and Heritage certificate. Although not guaranteed, the car appears complete. The engine is seized and does not run, the floor pans need replacing as does most of the bodywork! It pushes freely but will need to be trailered away. £24,995.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
