cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-E-Type-1968-Series-1-2-Coupe-/190405475803
Current bid $4,659 reserve not met, 3 bids 9 days left in auction. Buy it now price $18,500. Car now said to be in Braintree, Massachusetts. 46k miles.
Sellers description:
This 1968 series I 1/2 E-type coupe is a fully matching number car. It is a true coupe not a 2+2. It still has the desirable series I rear end and the 4.2 engine with the synchro-mesh gearbox. There is no rust in this car. The trunk area and where the bonnet hinges is nice and dry. The 2 small belly pans where your feet rest have been replaced. The passenger side outer sill has been replaced. All the main floors are still in very nice condition. The seats are very useable, but are not concourse. The door panels will need replacing as well as a few pieces of the interior. The carpets of course are gone and will need to be replaced. The tools, the jack and the motif bar on the front are missing. The engine turns freely, but I haven't attempted to get the car going. The car is for restoration.
