cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Auction ended at $10,900 reserve not met, after 4 bids. Sellers location Nottingham, New Hampshire.
Sellers description:
1968 XKE E-Type Fixed head coupe. Original J68 badging. Not a 2 + 2! Original California Car. This car was last registered in California in 1984 and garaged since. Bought this car with the intention of restoring it, but do not have the time. It is all original numbers matching. Has dual stromberg carburators. I believe it has the original pearl white paint. Actual mileage is unknown.
Bought the following for the car from SNG Barratt: Water pump, oil filter conversion kit, steering wheel(have the original), oil pressure sensor, original factory carpet kit, original factory leather dash pad, front end bushing kit, wheel knock-off hubs, wiper arms, original factory plug wire kit and bracket, plugs, new badges, new fuel pump and many more.
Have invested over $16,000. Perfect car for restoration, absolutely no rust! I have all the reciepts of the parts purchased. The car runs and drives. It Is not registered.
The water pump is not installed, the carpet kit is partially installed, the dash pad is not installed, the front end kit is not installed, and plug wires are not installed. I believe the master cylinder needs to be rebuilt. The fuel pump has been installed. The bonnet has a small dent in the middle underneath. Seats need to be recovered.

Current bid $3,151 reserve not met, 6 bids 5 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Lee, New Hampshire. 100k miles.
Sellers description:
1968 Series one and a half XKE. All original california car, has not been registered since 1984. Has the california blue plate on it. The car is solid and runs and drives. It does need the master cylinder replaced or rebuilt. I have the rebuild kit for the master cylinder, and many other parts purchased from SNG Barrat: dash cover, new carpets, suspension bushings, clutch spring, plug wire kit and many others, all purchsed from SNG Barrat.
This car needs a master cylinder and some new tires to be able to be put on the road. It does need the seats re-upholstered the carpets installed and some minor cosmetics. The rear view mirror, side mirrors and visors installed.
The body is solid however, when it was delivered from California to New Hampshire the trucking company damaged the bonnet underneath. Not bad but need to make you aware.
