This E-Type was sold to Milton Levy of Watchung NJ in December 1966. Mr. Levy sold the car to Thomas Rossiter, a car dealer (Mendham Motors) in Gladstone NJ, date unknown, who sells to Scott Mackin of Fairfield NJ around March of 1997. Mr. Mackin then lets Thomas Rossiter resell the car for him around November 2003 and the car is bought by Rick Hendee of Wilton CT. The car was then purchased in September 2020 by Mike Warner of Elk Park NC.

My E type was entered into its first JCNA Concours d'Elegance on July 24, 2021 in the Championship Division in Little Switzerland North Carolina. The event was sponsored by The Carolina Jaguar Club. This car is not a nut and bolt rotisserie restoration but an honest survivor with one repaint and an engine rebuild by Vantage Motors in Stamford CT. Some people advised me to enter the driven division but I wanted to do the Championship Division so I could really get an idea of what things I could do to improve the car and see how it would stack up to a nut and bolt restored car. I am pleased to say the the car scored 97.82 points and finished in second place to a car that had been totally disassembled and put back together. I also learned thing that I could do to possibly pick another point in a future JCNA Concours. I have attached a picture of the score sheet and trophy.

Mary and I attended our second Jaguar Club of North America Concours in Little Switzerland, North Carolina in July 2022. We entered our 1967 FHC again in the Championship Division. We take great pride that our car the has never been disassembled and can compete well with cars in the toughest class. We finished in second place again to a 100 point car but because we fixed some items on the car from 2021 we were able to get a score of 99.52. A couple of things we got deducts on we are not willing to change such as the dirty tool roll which we know has badly deteriorated but it is original to the car and the spare tire does not match the other four tires because it is the original spare tire. We have attached photos of the score sheets and trophy.

I finally got a picture of the engine block serial number when I replaced the oil pressure sending unit.It is in the engine listing. I placed a picture of the fame number there too. The transmission number is listed in the restoration category.
