Sellers description:
Stunning 1966 Jaguar Series One E-type 4.2 Liter Coupe offered for sale

This car has been carefully and fully restored under the supervision of the owner who is a long time Jaguar enthusiast and previous certified JCNA judge. It has been owned for the last twenty five years and in 1998 was the North American National Champion in its' concours class.

This is a unique opportunity to acquire this Opalescent Silver Blue E-type with Navy Blue interior, offered with two separate interchangeable engine configurations:

o Performance Driving - (currently installed), Triple Weber 45 DCOE carburetors, alloy radiator with heavy duty fan, stainless expansion tank, complete Falcon stainless exhaust system, polyurethane bushings, up rated torsion bars and billet aluminum rack mounts, electronic ignition and calibrated performance front and rear shock absorbers. This configuration closely follows the 'C-type' and 'D-type' Jaguars of the fifties "Le Mans" fame and success. The original Blaupunkt radio has been upgraded and includes four Blaupunkt speakers.

o Standard Factory configuration - (as installed during concours activities until 2001). All Jaguar factory authentic and original parts and equipment, have been fully refurbished and stored for optional replacement by the new owner at some future point and included in this sale. Details of the original parts inventory are available in a separate document.

Hagerty Insurance has established a guaranteed value for this car at $85,000 and the additional original parts and equipment are valued well in excess of $5,000.
