I know little of this cars history and was very surprised when the heritage certificate came back stating it was a European car.
The documentation shows that it lived in Utah at least from 1977 to 1989 when it was imported into the UK. It has been stored in a dry garage until I bought it in June 2009. Despite its awful paintwork it is a very solid car. If anybody knows anything about its history, I would be very pleased if you would let me know.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
