January 2022 Update: This Jaguar E-Type Coupe is currently under restoration, where it is being taken to our Show/Driver level. This XKE is a great example, and was a prime candidate for restoration, as it has benefited from long term ownership and includes many coveted Series 1 features including: covered headlights, toggle switches, and triple SU carbs.

Included in the restoration process: the vehicle has been stripped to bare metal, was placed on a rotisserie, metal finished, leaded, all body parts fitted to the car and chrome, were prepared for primer, sealer, paint, base, clear, color sanded and buffed to a fabulous Opalescent Silver Gray finish. All systems are being gone through, and the engine has been rebuilt back to factory specifications. The fuel, electrical, cooling, and hydraulic systems have been restored, and all components have been rebuilt back to factory specifications, including the engine, transmission, rear end and suspension. All chrome has been re-plated where needed, and the car is receiving a complete, new custom tailored and fit Dark Blue interior in the correct materials by our upholstery department. An mp4 video file of the restoration process will accompany the vehicle. Upon completion of the restoration, this Jaguar XKE Coupe will be a great example to show, drive and enjoy.
