Used by the current owner since 1976, this extremely well cared for and well sorted example has had only three owners from new, the first being Hawes Signs for the use of its MD who sold the car to a Mr Shaw in 1973. A letter on file by Mr Shaw confirms that he only used the car for approx. 4,000 miles in three years. The current owner purchased the car from the third owner in 1976 with a mere 18,000 miles on the speedometer. He confirms that the car now shows only some 41,600 miles as it always has been used as either a second or third car. It has benefitted from some major expenditure in 1982 and an engine overhaul in 2000. As it was always very well looked after, the owner describes the car as being in good to excellent condition throughout. Finished in old English white with a contrasting black leather interior and black hood, it comes with correspondence from two previous owners as well as a list of all expenditure since 1976 and an English V5 registration document. A most attractive and useable E-Type Roadster with low mileage and limited ownership.
