CAR NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION. IF A PART IS NOT PICTURED,IT IS NOT INCLUDED.SOME PARTS ARE EXCELLENT AND SOME ARE JUNK. TOP FRAME, BONNET, SEATS,AND FRAME RAILS ARE SOLID.BONNET LOOKS LIKE IT WAS STRIPPED AND PAINTED WITH EPOXY PRIMER AT SOME POINT.GUAGES AND DASH PANELS WERE REMOVED MANY YEARS AGO.THEY ARE THE BEST PART OF THE CAR.CAR HAS A GOOD PA TITLE IN MY NAME. VIN #ON PICTURE FRAME MATCHES TITLE. CAR DOES NOT HAVE LUBE PLATE.
