Ebay item 6/9/07
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-E-Type-1968-Jaguar-xke-roadster-6cyl-project-no-r ...
Current bid $7,100, no reserve, 7 bids, 5 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
This is a rolling chasis. The car was originally red, I picked it up from a guy who had it stuck in the bodyshop for about 3 years. It was driving before he took it apart. I brought it to another body shop and had it painted black, jams, floors, everywhere since the vehicle was stripped down to a rolling chasis. It has been in my possesion for about 3 years and all I have done is replace front end - bushings, bearings and misc rubber on the front. It will need the engine installed and the interior. To the best of my knowledge the only things missing are front seats, windshield, and door glass. There is no body rot or frame rot, you can find some light surface rust in a few areas that are typically not visible when the car is together.
