sold at the RM Aalholm auction for 325.000 DKK (€50.370 EUR incl. 12% prem. & 25% VAT), S 1 1/2 with Z-S-carbs, surface rust here and there but pretty much a complete car, had the gas-strut bonnet mechanism.

In 1967, partly as a result of American regulations, a number of running changes were made to E-Type Jaguars. The most obvious is open-type headlamps. Commonly called Series 1.5, the cars have a 4.2-litre engine.

This delightful Jaguar E-Type Roadster comes out of a large European collection, where it has resided for many years. Most recently € 10.000 have been invested to make the car roadworthy again by repairing the usual problems resulting out of a long storage, such as brakes, clutch etc. Now being described as fully operational, this beautiful red roadster with its black original interior, is to be sold on a bill of sale and is ready to be enjoyed.
