1968 Jaguar E-type Series 1.5 OTS Roadster

Harwood Enterprises is very excited to offer this spectacular, very ORIGINAL condition 1968 Jaguar Series 1.5 E-type Roadster for sale. This great southern car has ONLY 17,800 miles since new. The paint on this car is gorgeous and still has its mirror like finish. This great car has tons of documentation including all the original paperwork from when the car was brand new (original warranty, window sticker, invoice, importer invoice, warranty, radio manual, owners manual, service diagram, original registration, original registrations since new). In 1985 the car had only 12,921 miles. It runs and drives beautifully with perfect compression: 1-150psi, 2-150psi, 3-150psi, 4-150psi, 5-150psi, 6-145psi. The interior does show some patina being original. The underside is in great shape with NO rust and the floors are perfect. The spare tire compartment is also very clean with no rust as well. The original top and boot are also in great condition with no tears and no discoloration in the rear window. In addition the chrome is beautiful condition and looks great!
This is truly a rare find and one of the most desirable years for driving enjoyment! This is an investment car that will continue to go up in value. Any E-type can be restored to any level, but cannot be put back to its original condition. There are very few Jaguar E-types or classic sports cars in this excellent original condition and with all its history since new remaining in the world today. The car is ready to go for driving or to be shown!
