I've owned this car since 1976 and have covered over 500,000 ks in it on roads and racetracks all around Australia.
It's been modified over the years to suit my needs - overdrive gearbox / Webers / electronic power steering - but is, I believe, still entirely what its builders had in mind.

- odd enough, I'm on my 6th Range Rover Classic having started with an'80 2 door
- but I also have had 2 D Specials & 2 DS 21 - much preferring the DS21 with
- stainless steel external fittings including external door handles before the DS23
- came out with 'inferior' fittings
