The car on offer is a very nice unmolested original car that has had one owner for over the last twenty years. This is not a restored car, but a car that has been well taken care of and maintained throughout the years. The car appears to have been resprayed once in its original color of Primrose yellow. The paint is poor, but looks good from 15 feet. There are has many large chips that have been touched up, some crazing, and the paint has lost some of its luster. The body is straight and very solid; however there are a few minor shopping cart dings. The car is extremely solid throughout with no rust evident. Take a look at the photo of the trunk without the spare, you'll notice that all is dry, and this is a common area for rust problems. The interior has new leather on the seats, new carpet, and nice original door panels. The top is like new as well. Mechanically the car is in fine form. The engine starts easily and is very strong, and the car drives extremely well. The engine is block is matching numbers, but the head has been replaced. This is not a concours show car, but an awesome driver that can be used as is, or can be restored as you desire. If you've always wanted an E-type roadster that was affordable, look no further.
