Ebay auction 10/14/03: cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $2,075.00, nine bids, no reserve, 6 days left in auction.
Note: seller lists the car is a '64. I have entered it as a '67 based on the VIN the seller has given.
Sellers comment:
You are bidding on what I believe is a 1964-65 Jag convertible. It is MINUS the Motor, Trans and the TITLE. The vehicle has 5 jag spoke wheels, 2 hoods and front fenders rusted. The cowl, doors and rear clip are in nicer shape than the pictures show. Floors are in good shape. Drive shaft and rear end, front suspension are in the car. It shows 83,000 miles. There is a trunk full of parts, door glass, Origional Headlight Glass and steel parts. The #'s on the tag are as follows: Car # 1E 15425 Body # 4E 7257 Engine # 7E 13141-9 Gear Box # EJ 14244. Steering shaft is there, no steering wheel and no interior, no top. If you are looking for a donor car this is it. I have restored many cars usually big block fords and I have to say the rear clip is nice. 1/4's, doors, and rockers are basically straight.

Car returns to ebay 6/27/05 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $5,100.00 (Reserve not met), 3 bids, 5 days left in auction. Curent location Palm City, Florida, USA.
Sellers description:
You are bidding on a 1966 Jaguar E-Type Roadster. Due to some health issues I am unable to complete this restoration project.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to find these cars in good restorable condition. This one is in PPG epoxy primer. The original color was primrose yellow but due to the body being so straight (see pictures), I had planned to paint it black. The 4.2 liter engine has already been rebuilt.
Unfortunately, I just broke the front windshield. Other parts which have been misplaced include the convertible top frame, the front turn lights and the door handles. If I can find them I will include them. I did find the right front bumper even though it is not shown in the pictures. I have a clear Florida title in my name.
