Ebay item 3/11/18
www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Jaguar-E-Type/162939500764
Current bid $42,433, no resreve, 12 bids 9 days left in auction, seller ca2014-addle, 81k miles.

Sellers description:
Originally purchased brand new in Iowa. With only Two owners since brand new, and all paperwork since day one.

This vehicle has the following original documents included with it:

Bill of sale
Tool kit
Warranty card
Jaguar service booklet

Repair paperwork for all mechanical throughout 52 years. (Exceeding $10,000 in carburetor work & Basic maintenance)

This car has mostly Original paint. The car was purchased by the second owner in 1967. The car was put inside the garage in 1970 due to carburetor issues. The same owner, in the 90's started having some mechanical work done (brakes, caburator rebuild , testing, fluid change )

The car sits in it's original factory primrose yellow paint. The interior is also original, either than the radio which I have stored away.

This car has not been taken apart and restored. You have to decide, do you want an original car or do you want a restored one.

Car returns to Ebay : www.ebay.fr/itm/1966-Jaguar-E-Type/162952342655

Same seller, BIN price $110,000

Seller's description :
Vin 1E12968

Engine 7E8836-9

8,100 orignal miles. Two owners. Excellent documentation. Ran last year. Engine turns freely, lights work well. This is as close to an unrestored Jaguar XKE that you will find. 1966, a year before they stopped Doug glass covered headlights and triple carburetor. These cars are rising in value and will continue to do so because of their desirability and rarity.

Underneath is exceptionally clean, living in North Florida for most its life. Never having being in an accident, the car's panels are fit perfect like it did when it left the factory.

If you're interested in seeing the vehicle, it's located at my summer residence in Fort Lauderdale. Clear USA title in hand. All numbers match. Comes with the Warranty card, dealer receipt, carburetor rebuild paperwork, original tool kit plus $5,000 in misc work throughout the years.

Whether the new owner decides to keep it original or restore the car, this car will be a fully documented car which adds tremendous value.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
