    Car listed as sold at:
    www.jaguarjames.com

    Description:
66 XKE OTS. VERY RARE ORIGINAL FRENCH DELIVERY IN PARIS. Metal tag on firewall showing French dealer in Paris and chassis# of car. This European model has a different rear end, allowing higher top end speeds. Speedometer in kilometers. Also has the hazard warning switch on left side of the dash. This typically wasn't put on until 67 for US cars. Correct old english white. Paint 8 of 10. NO RUST. Beautiful floors. Redone dark blue leather interior in excellent condition. Rebuilt head just done. Crane electronic ignition. Beautiful NEW chrome wire wheels and Excellent Pirelli tires. Runs and drives great. The old english white with dark blue interior is a beautiful combination. The white at night with the polished wire wheels is the ULTIMATE in class and is a stunning look.

One piece of incorrect information above: the 4-way hazard flashers went into US-bound cars at least as early as Dec 1965. My original OTS (1E12168) left the factory on 7 Dec 1965, and it carries the hazard warning switch panel.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
