This car is listed as follows:

1966 JAGUAR XKE

The car is 98% complete and was disassembled and stripped for restoration. The owner realized he was unable to do the work and the restoration was stopped. The car has some rust in the sills, doglegs and the front cowl section. The engine, transmission and front sub frame are all in one piece and complete. The left front bonnet section is missing and the left door is with the car although not shown in the photo. eng 7E6453-9

Car was at the JANE meet, Sturbridge, Massachusetts 8/13/11. Appears to be a work in progress nearly complete.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
