Sellers description:
This 1965 4.2 E-type roadster is fully matching number car. The original color was Olde English White and it came with a black interior. The engine will start with gasoline fed to the carburetors. The fuel pump does not work. If you want to invest into an E-type this is the right model & year. It has everything going for it. The 4.2 liter engine with the tri-carb set up, the covered headlights and the synchromesh gearbox. This is the 730th 4.2XKE built. The car is missing the jack, the tools and the radio console. As you can see there are the ealier 3.8 seats in the car. One of the nice things about this car is that it has not been molested. The engine and gearbox have never been out of the car nor the rear end. The car rolls and steers for easy shipping. I do have some additional parts that go with the car that are not in the pictures. The car is for restoration as you can see by the pictures. No extra charge for the rust!
