Fahrzeugbeschreibung
1964 Series 1 OTS
Matching engine and gearbox
4,2 Litre
Arguably the prettiest and best driving E Type ever, combining the Series 1 looks, the stronger 4.2 Litre engine, the improved gearbox and the better seats/seating position.
According to the included Heritage certificate this car was manufactured on 22 October 1964 and despatched to the USA on 6 November 1964 where it spent most of its time in Georgia and Texas.
In 1997 the car was imported to Belgium where it received a major professional restoration. The engine has been completely overhauled less than 40.000 km ago by Jaguar specialists Kolvenbach of The Netherlands, all invoices available.
The car is owned by a well-known Jaguar club member who has maintained the car with extreme care.
This car is therefore a real "driver" and in all respects in excellent mechanical condition.
