Enjoy the photos Bruno has recently added of his 3.8 E-Type Coupe. Very tasty indeed.

John DeLay is busy uploading a bunch of photos (over 120 so far) showing the restoration of his E-Type OTS, #1E12025. The restoration is superb and I believe large collections of photos showing the restoration process are valuable to others, so kudos to John. And his car is one of my favorite color combinations, dark green with a suede green interior.

Jeff Schellinger’s XK 120, #671792, is certainly a handsome machine for having been found “derelict in a soybean field” and having been a former dirt track racer! (I’m going to feature a few of the cars I used in the calendar in the next couple of weeks, this is the first one, though a couple of the cars have already been featured.)

Unfortunately the photos are a bit small, but what an interesting find–a special bodied XK150 Fixed-Head Coupe by Zagato. Zagato was famous for their “double bubble” bodies (where the roof had twin bulges) and it’s a bit unclear from the photos whether this machine follows the same model.

This lovely V12 2+2 was chosen simply because of the wonderful photos that accompany it. They’re worth a look!
(Sorry about the lack of updates, but it’s been a busy few days!)

Only a single photo of this machine, but it’s a beauty!

Ginger’s 1966 E-Type is a very original car finished in the not often seen Golden Sand color. The photo to the left shows it with her other E-Type, in equally splendid condition.

Check out the photos of this beautiful XK150 Fixed Head. I’m particularly fond of the photo shown here–the owner when he was a boy on the left, and his son sitting in the same spot, on the right. Hopefully a grandchild will one day pose for a photo while perched on the same fender!

Read the great history of this car in the comments and enjoy the wonderful period photos with captions. Great stuff.
