		<description><![CDATA[HI, sorry for that burden, but it is important work IMO. Many owners don&#039;t seem to realize that just because they own a car, that does not mean they own the rights to it&#039;s history! They absolutely don&#039;t! They have the right to become a small part of that car&#039;s history, if they like, and do the right thing (and take great care of the car;)

I can only hope that real enthusiast owners realize how important the real history and the whole legacy and heritage is for the whole Jaguar brand and their cars.

Any photo taken in public by anyone is first of all the photographers copyright and if published becomes public under the copyright legislation, if the copyright has expired or is given away anyone can upload, print and publish them.
