Yes, 'my' figures of 20 or more years ago were outdated a long time ago and  
were somewhat abitrary anyway. Mark Miller in California did some good work a  
while back in established the true change points, and I am sure others have  
looked into the matter further.  We even have an article on the stocks  about 
'1.5' E-types; maybe we should revive it in the light of more recent  
research. The JCNA are very sound on this sort of thing.
