New Header Bar

Hopefully you think the new title bar, with visible car and photo tallies for all of the sites in “prettier” tabs, is neat–I do! I apologize in advance about the small type in the tabs–I try to keep the type on the site a reasonable size but this particular application has a lot of info in a small space.

  1. The “find car” button has gotten sort of truncated for me (in Safari) since the change. I’ll send you a screenshot in email.

  2. Thanks, Chuck. I changed the version number of the various style sheets, hopefully it was a cache issue but with Safari, you never know…

    I think I may move the search box down to just below the nav bar on the left, which will help those with narrower screens. We’ll see.

    My 5 cents worth, or 10 as it is now in NZ as we no lobger have 5 cent peices, I prefered the old tabs. The new ones appear too busy with photos, text and icons and as they are all grey they do not stand out as well as separate tabs. Only a personal observation.
