Revamped the Store

I added a number of new items to the store, including books from Amazon, and a new CD-ROM of the no-longer available “V12 Guide to Authenticity” by Richard Russ. When you buy Amazon books through this site the price remains the same to you but we get a small percentage of the purchase price, which is very helpful!
